"I am very happy with my experience here. I read a bunch of the bad reviews after coming and so I'm just going to state how it went for me. Firstly we were greeted and treated by a wonderful bartender named Rachel. She was quick and attentive. Also a pleasure to speak with. We popped in randomly for their happy hour so my craft draft beer was only 5 bucks. The chicken wings caught my eyes and they did not disappoint. In fact they were some of the best wings me and my companion ever had... certainly the best in all of Estes Park. They have a variety of sauces to choose from that they toss them in. I had two of the four options and I'm honestly already planning to go back to try the other sauces as well. The blue cheese dressing is phenomenal! I'm not a big ranch guy but to me the ranch was good. We also had the pretzels...they were just ok. Pretty hard and a little too salty, certainly edible but nothing to write home about. I am giving 5 stars because of the amazing chicken wings and because Rachel the bartender is a wonderful presence...I can potentially see why some people complain about the service because there was this other annoying guy who clearly worked there but just came over to do nothing but make awkward noise. I feel like the place has amazing potential because it certainly has a cozy rustic vibe. So again five stars for Rachel our excellent bartender, for the delicious wings and great beer, and for the cozy atmosphere. I think their happy hour starts at 3 and ends at 6 but don't quote me."

"We walked around Este Park with our dogs, Grubsteak had outdoor seating in the back which was perfect.
I ordered their Buffalo sandwich, which was on special. It was really good- the onion/pepper/cilantro is an oil served on the side. Cilantro is not very strong. Potato salad was a bit bland, but overall ok."
