Seriously, this steak is a standout. The gorgonzola butter is a game-changer, adding a wonderful depth of flavor to the already perfectly seasoned and cooked (medium-rare) steak.
The twice-baked potato was also spot on and delicious.
The minestrone soup was another highlight - perfectly seasoned and a joy to eat."
