"Tried El Charo on my cousin’s suggestion and went with the chicken and rice with cheese — and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The chicken was tender, the rice had great flavor, and the cheese sauce tied everything together perfectly.
Simple dish, but done really well. Portion size was generous without being overwhelming, and the staff were friendly and quick. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving good Mexican comfort food."

"Been pretty unhappy with the service lately. Have had extended wait times for orders placed long in advance though usually the order is correct. Tonight we ordered and paid over $5 for guacamole and paid for an extra bag of chips and salsa. We received a soufflé cup of guacamole which should have been about $1 worth and received about a 99¢ bag of chips worth of tortillas that we actually had to drive back to get because they forgot to add it to the original order."

"Today, I took my son out for lunch, and he wanted some Mexican food. We selected El Charro because of the Upside app giving 17% cash back. We found the food to be good. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. The manager seated us, and we immediately received salsa and chips. Our waiter was enjoyable to talk to and took our drink order right away and allowed us a minute to survey the menu. We ate lunch and the food was brought to us fast and was hot. I ordered the Chicken Fujita, and my son ordered the #4 off the lunch menu. Our waiter made sure our drinks were filled and stopped by frequently to make sure we were alright. The cost of both meals was just $21. We were satisfied with our dining experience."
