I got the French toast platter and I wasn't expecting toast this big. it's so fluffy and delicious. Definitely getting again when I'm craving it". "The food was delicious! I do have to say that with having paid $12-15 or so for the popcorn chicken.... I feel like there should have been more chicken in place of the mountain of fries I found inside instead... the pepperjack cheese sticks were amazing and tasted wonderful as did the blt(one of which was missing) ! All together I would recommend giving it a try, but to perhaps stay clear of the popcorn chicken as the portions are sooooo small!

After checking into the Regency Fairbanks we went out for Thai food at Lemongrass Thai, a restaurant that Daniel had heard about while in Thailand so we knew it must be good!. The wait staff was friendly and the food lived up to our high expectations.

They have breakfast ALL DAY. And wow they have so many pastries and warm goodies. Definitely should be on your list of restaurants in Fairbanks Alaska to visit.
