Several aspects of our meal were not up to par, particularly the issues with the house salad and veal parmigiana. It's understandable that you were concerned about the quality of the food, especially regarding health and safety.
While it's positive to hear that my son's chicken parmigiana was enjoyable, it's frustrating when service is slow and management is unresponsive. Providing feedback to the restaurant is important, as it can help them improve. However, it's unfortunate that they didn't acknowledge your concerns or offer any apologies.

"Fun must see place for Italian pasta pizza fans. Cool place to check out the door handles to enter our machine guns and be sure to check out the glass floor where you'll see the safe and a few other surprises. Lots of great pics on the walls that really fit the theme and the food was really good. There were eight of us and we had great service and assortment of dishes I had the panini and it was fantastic."
