"Enjoyed a Latte while waiting for my friend for an early Friday lunch. I had the Chickpea Salad, she had the Spinach & Quinoa Salad. I loved the Chickpea Salad - very flavorful. Portion size was perfect for the price. We both ended up with boxes of leftovers. Service and atmosphere were great. We enjoyed the Andes mints on our way out. I look forward to going back."

"My wife and I had an incredible experience at TruFire Kitchen & Bar for our date night. Although Friday night reservations are recommended, we were fortunate to walk in and get seated right away. We chose to sit on the patio, which turned out to be a hidden gem—unexpectedly beautiful, cool, and pleasant (especially for Texas in July!). The atmosphere was perfect—quiet enough to have a conversation and feel like it was just the two of us.
We kicked things off with espresso martinis, and they were incredible—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Our server, Savanna, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She made our evening even better.
The food? Just WOW. We started with the Honey Burrata, which was a perfect blend of warm flatbread, creamy burrata, and sweet honey—absolutely delicious. The Mediterranean Shrimp Salad was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned.
Everything about the evening was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for a date night or any night!"
