"Uchiko was some of the finest food we’ve ever had. And we’ve had Michelin star restaurant food all over the world. Taste was next level. Service was excellent. My wife was impressed with her birthday dinner. Therefore I’m a happy husband.
Uchiko accommodated our halal requirement with halal beef sourced from Australia."

"Service was super nice. We sat at the sushi bar and the chef was pleasant to talk to. Wasn't afraid to answer any questions. Some of the dishes didn't line up timing wise from sushi bar to back kitchen, but portions aren't massive so it didn't clutter the dining area at the bar. Spent quite a bit of money ,but quality wise, some of the better sushi I've had in the DFW area. Will definitely visit again."

There’s a 10-course chef’s omakase, but we love the somakase, where your server will work within your budget and your preferences to create a meal of sashimi, rolls, and cold and hot tastings. If you’re going a la carte, the Hama Chili is a must, with yellowtail, ponzu, thai chili, and oranges, while The Hot Rock will momentarily make your table the center of attention as you sizzle and sear your own buttery wagyu slices.
