What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners often praise the authentic Italian flavors and cozy, historic atmosphere of Euro Italian Underground. Many highlight homemade sauces, delicious pasta dishes, and the charm of the underground setting. However, some reviews mention inconsistent food quality and service delays during peak times, with a few finding it overpriced for the experience.
"Quaint little underground restaurant with great vibes. A super sweet young lady sat us (getting kids working young teaches so many life skills!), and our waiter was great.
They don’t make their pasta but it was still very good. If you’re looking for a top notch Italian restaurant you might be disappointed, but if you’re seeking the best Italian in Glenwood Springs this is the spot. We look forward to coming back and trying other dishes."

"Stopped by for dinner after our hot spring soak. The escargot appetizer and the prosciutto pizza were delicious. Pizza is definitely large enough to share. Parking lot near by and great service."
FoodAddict
"We found the Euro Italian Underground Restaurant by seeing the sign as we drove into downtown Glenwood Springs. We loved the feel, the atmosphere, and the service. We came in and the owner said we could sit at the bar. Best. Idea. Ever. Hailey was our bartender and she took the best care of us. We ordered an old-fashioned and it was perfectly mixed. The zucchini blossoms were delicious, and the salmon fettuccine was fresh with the salmon cooked to perfection. We also tried the lasagna and loved the big chunks of beef in the savory red sauce. For dessert we had the creme brulee, it came out warm and so yummy! And because we couldn't decide on a dessert we took some apple cake to go. All in all an amazing experience and we can't wait to come back! Thank you to Hailey and the sweet owner for taking care of us!"
