"If you're hungry for Phở (Vietnamese noodle soup), Japanese bento box, sushi or ramen, Kedai Phở & Japanese Cuisine is a decent & affordable option for lunch & dinner in the cute historic town of Glenwood Springs, located right off Grand Avenue (hwy 82), steps from the Colorado River & I-70 and 45 minutes from Aspen-Pitkin County airport. The restaurant is inside a retail building on the second floor overlooking the main strip. The dining area is spacious, clean, casual, low noise level; food was decent, good value & a lot more affordable than downtown Aspen. Service was excellent & friendly; food was well prepared/presented; free street parallel parking; nice walkable neighborhood with shops & restaurants. Glenwood Springs is a worthwhile break on your I-70 roadtrip through the Rockies. Recommended & will come back next time."
