What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Lookout Grille offers a dining experience amplified by breathtaking mountain views and friendly staff. While many appreciate the scenic setting and some dishes like the Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Sandwich, others find the menu limited and prices high for the quality, with occasional service delays and issues with reservations.
"With the views, the fresh air seating and the friendly staff, it’s a must. But eat eary or the tables fill up and people just sit after they are done eating.
We ate early (because kids) and there was no line. We ordered a Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Sandwich, Pulled Pork, Ceaser Salad, Kids Burger, and Chicken Tenders.
Our food came out quickly and was very fresh. We were all happy with our meals and it was enough to fead us all. We had the corner table that over looked the valley and it was amazing.
Price was good for an amusement park. It was around $70 for 5 people. Not bad at all!"

"Honestly wouldn't go here except that there are very limited options up at the adventure park. The menu is super limited and doesnt have great variety of options. Very mediocre normal bbq burger and fries which were a good lunch but paying 18 bucks for it was a rip off. Wish they had more of a menu or better prices. The view was amazing, staff was super nice, and there was no wait to sit down no complaints there."

"Atmosphere is cool. You can sit up under a covered balcony and have incredible panoramic views of Glenwood Springs
Service is incredibly slow. The strong countet staff was not very friendly
It’s very pricey. We got a burger, two chicken strip baskets and a Caesar salad, Grand total with 3 soft drinks was $75
Food was decent. For the price and wait time, I’d recommend eating before or after coming to the park"

My husband and I browsed the gift shop and bought our traditional water bottle sticker and deck of cards that we buy wherever we travel. There were lots of fun knick-knacks to purchase. Finally, we opted to eat at the Lookout Grille so we could watch the gondolas and continue to take in the views while we ate very tasty Cowboy Burgers with fries.
