Bill's Pizza only uses the finest ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, imported pizza flour from Italy, sourdough pizza crust, schreiner's custom make sausage and fresh vegetables oven roasted. Gluten-free crusts are also available.

Bills pizza serves a gluten-free pizza but they use pre-made crust and the crust tastes like cardboard; like the worst cracker you've ever eaten. It takes a special art of pizza baking to get gluten-free dough to taste good and for us, the outcome was just awful. We commented to the server, but the server seemed indifferent when we asked about the cook's reception to the feedback and the server said "well, the manager is not here." Not sure what that would matter.
