Reviews Summary

Diners rave about Gabino's unique, crispy-yet-pliable crepes, especially the savory options like Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Pesto. The friendly service and meticulous gluten-free preparation are also highly praised. However, some find the crepes to be a bit heavy for a frequent meal, and the small, walk-up window setup can lead to long wait times.

"This was my favorite meal in our entire week in Palm Springs. We went to Farm, Tac/Quila, Alana’s, and a couple other places.

It’s easily the best crepe I’ve ever had, though, it is a bit different than the traditional crape with soft and stretchy exterior. The partially crunch yet still pliable exterior is an exceptional vessel for the flavorful inside.

Tourists and locals alike will be happy with a visit to Gabino’s. Enjoy!"

"A great spot and we saw plenty of locals. Worth visiting if you're closeby! There is outdoor seating but there lot's of flies when we visited which is why it gets four stars. The crepes are messy, but that's because they're absolutely stuffed which I love. I got the Buffalo Chicken crepe."

Jon Kim

"Insanely good food. The chicken pesto was so delicious, definitely a recommended crepe. The chicken Caesar and buffalo chicken were also delicious. I have no doubt that everything on the menu is top tier. Guess Guy Fieri brought some attention to this spot and for good reason. Highly recommend."

Made with a special blend of chimichurri, cheese, and jalapenos, and filled with everything from chicken caesar to turkey cheddar, these are by no means traditional crepes.

You order at a window and the staff were nice and told me they’d never had any issues preparing an order for a gluten allergy. They take the necessary precautions, separate utensils, change gloves and clean the cooking surface. However, it took forever to get our food at 2pm on a Sunday.

Gabino’s Creperie is literally just a window in a narrow alley but they serve the best crepes I’ve ever had. There’s no indoor seating; just a few outdoor tables. The crepes are kind of rolled up into a cone and wrapped in paper so you can have them on the go.
