"Everything about Golden Basket Restaurant is done right. I can't say enough nice things about the wonderful staff. I came in and used the bathroom first, which was very clean and well maintained. Then u returned to the front, grabbed a menu and sat down on a bench. I was greeted by the owner and then a waiter, who took be to the bar seating area and gave me a glass of water while I looked over the menu. I couldn't help but watch this very efficient staff perform their duties. They are a well oiled machine and worked together to quickly get out orders and keep everything super clean. In the midst of this controlled chaos, they were very polite and friendly to guests and each other. While I waited (not long) for my order, the owner came over with a beautiful chocolate cream cake and offered me a piece because it was my first time there. What a lovely surprise! I can see just from their customer service why the restaurant was so busy. I took my order to go back to my hotel. I was not disappointed! I ordered a BLT, fruit, and Chicken Dumpling Soup. The BLT was still crispy and had just the right amount of mayonnaise. The Chicken and Dumpling Soup was full of yummy chicken and soft Dumplings. The broth was rich and seasoned nicely. It also came with bread and a huge handful of crackers! The cake was out of this world. More European than American, if you don't mind me saying. It was rich and chocolatey without being too sweet. Thank Golden Basket for wonderful service and delicious food! It was wonderful meeting you all. Can't wait to come again!"

"Extremely friendly staff and owners. This is the 1st time I ate here. The food was not only exceptional but you got your money's worth and then some. Definitely no skimping. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. I am very critical about places I eat at, but there's nothing bad to say. Again EXCELLENT food and service. I would recommend for everyone to eat here. I will definitely go back!!!"

"Turkey Club was good. It's hard to go wrong with that. I asked the waiter if the corn beef hash was homemade or if it was pre-made from a can. He said homemade so I had to try. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. It was still good tho just not what I hoped for. The service was excellent and the place was nice and clean."
