"I have never had a bone in rob in Phó before, and I feel like I have been previously cheated. The beef rib was fall off the bone tender!
The broth was super flavourful, and only needed some oil for spice. The egg roll was good, crispy, and fresh, but a little bland, as was the accompanying sauce.
The staff here was also super impressive. Attentiv, and naturally cordial.
The lodge decor is different, but made for a great juxtaposition of easy and west.
