What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Scoundrel offers a refined French-inspired dining experience, celebrated for its exquisite dishes and sophisticated ambiance. While many praise the impeccable service and expertly crafted cocktails, some find the pricing high and note that noise levels can increase significantly during peak hours. Overall, it's a highly recommended spot for special occasions and a taste of upscale dining.
"Absolutely perfect for a date night! The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all on point for our visit. The Tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly, the frites were packed with flavor, and the desert was amazing! Will be back to try other food offerings and have a few more cocktails in the future. Hope to see this place around for years to come!"

"Looking for luxury French dining experience this is it every bite was amazing we were Refer by hunter the server that works at between the trees you definitely need reservations it’s usuallyBook up so plan ahead 🤩 service was fast and and friendly and efficient its pricey but the Creme brûlée hands down was the best one in town I forgot to share this with my husband lol once I took first bite I could not stop eating it setting was small but perfect for intimate dinner or birthday dinner they also had a full bar which we enjoy everything was well balance we park in garage near the blues club and walked over. It was a perfect day to take a walk downtown just a few blocks. It’s in middle of everything definitely will be returning"

"I’ll be back with details! But suffice to say it was worth the hype!!
Edit:
This was a fantastic experience. It’s definitely somewhere I wish I was wealthy enough to enjoy more!
(Yes, it’s costly, but they do happy hour specials that would make it more feasible for us peasants on the regular. )
The quality is represented in the pricing and the quantity is comparable to the quality expectations for the price point.
That being said - please split the deviled blue crab into two shells, same weight and it will make the diner feel like they’re getting more bang for their buck! Same for the baguette - two for the price, which can be achieved by slightly shrinking their size or reducing the price $2-4.
Every bite was tasty, I don’t think we truly had a single complaint about the experience that would keep any of us from returning!
The drinks were great, the service was fab (though we did have two dishes taken before we were done with them, training your employees to ask would eliminate that issue), overall I would recommend Scoundrel for special occasions or when you don’t have a budget!!"
