"Ordered an angus steak and cheese big bro and asked for it to only have fried onions, fried mushrooms, and lettuce. I got the sandwich with tomato’s, raw onions, Cole slaw. Asked them to remake it and I get the sandwich back with scrapped off Cole slaw and a messed up sandwich. First off I don’t think you’re supposed to take food back and then scrape off the stuff and give it back to the customer. I’ve been coming here for years and have never experienced this. Still ended up paying 40$ for 10 boneless wings that weren’t eaten because my girlfriend was disgusted and disappointed. Mozzarella sticks and a beer. To me that sounds like robbery and that my food should’ve been compted. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this establishment."
