"LOVE!! LOVE!! LOVE!
This isn’t the first time we’ve eaten here and my rating, on this place, is long overdue. I absolutely LOVE their food. If it doesn’t taste amazing to you, then you must be eating it wrong. Yes… There are certain ways to eating certain foods. 🤣
The spring rolls are a MUST-HAVE every time we order from here; and we usually order pho, as well, but today we wanted to try their Lemongrass Chicken and Pork Katsu. They did not disappoint.
We love the Lemongrass Chicken and my picky eater (7 year old daughter) loves their pork Katsu. EVERYONE was well fed. THANK YOU! 🥰
P.S. I’m sorry about the photos. ALL dishes were partially eaten. I meant to take a pic before we dug in, but I completely forgot. Also, review is based off of Chamorro/Carolinian taste buds. 🤣"

"We ordered the #29 (Beef Rib Bone Soup) and #28 (COMBO Pho Dac Biet). The restaurant was very clean, organized, and looked good. Music was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, courteous and nice.
Ok for the Pho:
1. Came out pretty fast.
2. Piping hot
3. Plenty of meat. Big pieces of Beef Ribs (two)
4. Noodles, decent amount. My wife ate a large, normally only eats mediums. Good texture.
5. Now only complaint is the broth was very bland! Little salty, but no beefy flavor. Too bad. I was hoping this would be awesome Pho.
6. Pricey. $24 for the #29 and $18.25 for the #28"

"The medium beef pho portion was good with a lot of noodles. Pork banh mi was my favorite. Pork was flavorful and juicy.
Fresh rolls were good, but the ratio of noodles seemed to be a lot! Peanut sauce dip was thick and flavorful."

Wandering Wahiawā: A Local’s Guide to Neighborhood Eats
While pho is generally considered lighter fare on the food spectrum, at Ribs & Broth, a new pho shop that opened a few months ago in Wahiawā Town Center, the folks in the kitchen take pho broth—clear and clean—and toss in a couple of bone-in Fred Flintstone beef ribs: ribs and broth. (We love a straightforward and descriptive restaurant name. No surprises here.)
