"After hours visiting Hershey Park we decided to go for dinner. Stopped at Red Robin for the first time. Amazing experience. Place was busy but it took less than 2 minutes for us to be seated. Service was fantastic. Servers are corteous, polite, friendly, and checking every 5 minutes if we were ok. Food was great. Price was great. We had a wonderful experience and really looking to coming back."

"LITERALLY SPOON PORTIONS OF SIDES ON TAKEOUT

Dear Red Robin,

I have dined inside your restaurants on many occasions when I wanted a burger. They are a much preferred alternative to the others. Never had a problem with portions.

Tonight, my wife wanted a fish sandwich from McDonalds. I thought of you despite never ordering takeout before. I placed an order for her fish sandwich and a SIDE of coleslaw which I was CHARGED EXTRA FOR. I was taken aback by the $23 bill, but I believed that my wife would receive an adequate meal for it.

Upon arriving home, I was shocked to discover being given a SPOON of coleslaw, and the fish sandwich had two pickles and two pieces of fish and missing tomatoes.

$23 . . . Really?

I am quite angry about being "played" like this.

Red Robin should be ashamed of themselves that during these times of economic turmoil, your costs and portions are are beyond absurd. And to be so flippant about what the customer receives with such elevated prices.

I will upload these pictures herein and on Google Maps with my complaint and a WARNING to anyone else believing they will receive a proper food portion from your kitchen.
