Reviews Summary
GoBistro is celebrated for its exceptional ramen and cozy atmosphere, with many patrons praising the attentive service and flavorful dishes like Tom Yum soup and chicken wings. However, some diners have noted inconsistencies in portion sizes and the broth's richness, with one review detailing a negative experience with a specific chicken preparation and service.
"Joanna was our server. She took the time to go over the menu with us. Gave some good suggestions. She was very pleasant and patient. It was our first time. The food was excellent. The pork in the ramen was a bit salty. But I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be a regular."

"We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and always loved the sushi — generous portions, good-quality fish, and fair prices. But after today’s visit, we won’t be returning.
While the prices stayed the same, the portion sizes have shrunk dramatically. What used to be enough food for two people wasn’t even enough for one. We ordered extra dishes but still left hungry. The sushi rolls were small, and there was very little fish, as you can see in the photo.
We asked to speak to the manager, but were told there wasn’t one — just a single waitress covering the whole restaurant. She said the portions are now smaller because they use “better quality” fish. Sadly, we didn’t see or taste that improvement. There was not a lot of fish in the sushi in general.
We’re disappointed and unsatisfied. Not coming back."

"Loved the vibe and atmosphere of GoBistro. Brandon and Sui were phenomenal servers with great recommendations. The little peach jelly sake in the can, spicy chicken bao, and curry ramen with fried chicken- full of flavor! I was feeling kinda crummy when I came in but good food changed that! I wish I had room to try the cookies and cream dessert. Found street parking close by. Go try it!"

But the ramen at GoBistro in Hollywood is different: It’s something to get excited about. All good ramen – be it shiyo, shoyu, or tonkotsu – share a few basic characteristics: a dense pile of chewy, crimped noodles; a meaty, opaque broth; ribbons of slow-cooked pork; and a pile of bean sprouts, green onion, and possibly a soft-boiled egg with a molten golden center. GoBistro ramen adheres to these requirements, and their tonkotsu ramen is breathtaking.
