"The crab cakes were delicious 😋! Had the Cajun pickle chips, however I didn't really taste any "Cajun". They were still cooked perfectly tho. The trifecta platter we subbed the fish for chicken. Had it not been for the chicken there would have hardly been any meat on the plate. And the chicken batter could stand to be seasoned better."

"I was the only person there as it was late in the evening, about an hour before closing. The bartender was attentive and quick. My order arrived soon after.

Get the meat pies! They were delicious little bites of hot, pastry perfection. It reminded me of the meat pies found in gas stations on the LA/AR border.

The red beans and rice were definitely more beans than rice, which threw off the ratio. It had an artificial liquid smoke flavor to it, hence the 4 stars.

I will eat here again when I'm in town next."

"I really wanted to like this place, but it was a disappointment. I kicked myself afterwards because after seeing the flies in the window (3 alive and 2 dead) I should have left....I did not sigh. I ordered the gumbo but had to send it back because it was extremely salty. I ordered the etoufe instead, and it was better. We also ordered red beans and rice, which tasted like canned pork n beans. The platter was okay. The service was slow, but the servers were lovely. Approximately 15 minutes after leaving my stomach began hurting and I grew nauseous. Needless to say, I won't return."
