"Via Roma is a MUST visit if you are in the Hot Springs area! The lasagna, probably the best I’ve ever had, was perfectly done with well-seasoned sauce and beef between tender layers of pasta. We also really enjoyed the shrimp scampi that was fresh and delicious. We topped it off with the tiramisu and Irish coffee….both amazing!! The atmosphere is romantic old Italy and the service was perfect. Do not miss visiting this beautiful restaurant!"
