In addition, Mason Dixon Bakery offers offers vegan and gluten-free cupcakes with a variety of themes and flavor options, such as the Cloud 9 and Chocolate Heaven cupcakes or the Cookie Monster cupcake, complete with a hidden Oreo cookie inside. If you’re craving a specific baked treat or planning an event you’d like catered (with, say, several dozen vegan cupcakes), Honeypie Bakery will prepare and deliver your treats to you (with a few days’ notice, of course).

While I typically do not order something I’m familiar with, Piper and Leaf’s staff carefully suggested several options and explained the ingredients.

Olde Towne Coffee provides a classic touch, boasting an eclectic vibe and signature espresso drinks, while Piper & Leaf introduces an intriguing twist with their coffee-tea blends. For those with a sweet tooth, Pizzelle’s Confections awaits with artisanal chocolates and creatively flavored coffee. Each stop on the trail promises a distinct experience, wrapping you in the warmth of Huntsville’s hospitality.

Although Piper & Leaf is known for its teas, they also have a stellar coffee menu. Enjoy its nitro cold brew or “lat-teas” (coffee and any tea blended together). The tea shop’s main location can be found at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment; however, you can also visit them at their Downtown shop at Alabama Constitution Hall Park.

Piper and Leaf is tea re-imagined with flavors ranging from chocolate to cake to honeysuckle. Their teas will have you coming back to re-fill their iconic mason jar container over and over again. My go-to tea order is their Front Porch Special or Birthday Cake flavors, but honestly I’ve never had a tea I didn’t love from here.

Straight from the farm, briar batch, & garden is the Piper & Leaf Tea Company. Until you tried their teas, you have not tasted and experienced the true aromatic flavors of a true tea. I recommend reading who they are, as their family and faith is a true blessing to everyone in the community.

For the non-coffee drinkers (oh the horror), there is Piper & Leaf Tea Co. Your basic blacks are certainly available, but it is the floral blends and complex varietals that you will want to try, especially iced. Think we are talking about wine?
