Viet Cuisine is the best place in Huntsville to eat all your favorite Vietnamese dishes. With mouthwatering food, a cozy atmosphere, and super friendly staff, what more could you ask for?. Unlike most Vietnamese restaurants in the area, Viet Cuisine not only serves extraordinary Pho, but also offers fresh Banh Mi sandwiches, hot clay pot bowls, and vermicelli dishes.

Vegan food is so common in the Vietnamese culture, you don’t have to sacrifice taste or flavor to go meat-free and gluten-free. The V4 is a great plant-based option; it is a mixed vegetable dish with tofu sautéed in lemongrass, chili pepper, onion, baby corn, bell pepper, and pineapple. They also offer the T5 Veggie Clay Pot with vegan broth.

One of our favorite places is located in a relatively nondescript building just off University Drive. But don’t let the exterior fool you; inside lies a hidden gem of Vietnamese cuisine aptly named Viet Cuisine. Viet Cuisine serves boba tea, seafood, pork, beef, and chicken dishes, clay pots, fried rice, and banh mi.

Viet Cuisine serves their Lemongrass Chicken in a sizzling skillet. T ender stir fry chicken, balanced with green bell pepper chunks, caramelized red onion, baby corn, mushrooms and, in a deft move, a few bits of pineapple. Several sprigs of cilantro imparted exotic, fresh notes.
