Roadhouse Pub & Eatery opened this past fall, just in time for ski season, and sits directly on Jackson’s famous town square, a village green marked at its corners by towering welcome arches made of interlocked elk antlers, shed (painlessly) each season in the town’s National Elk Refuge, another tourism site. The square is the heart of Jackson, and Roadhouse has a prime upstairs location with outdoor terrace, packed in warm weather, overlooking it. At ground level there is a retail store selling beer to go, souvenirs and growler refills, while an adjacent door leads to stairs opening into the actual eatery.

There is also a small taproom with 10 rotating taps of their latest and greatest creations.

Okay, we already talked about the beers we enjoyed while we were visiting r oadhouse, but the food cannot be ignored. We were enamored with their selection and ended up eating here a couple of times, it is that good!. The collaboration between the kitchen and brewery is immediately noted as their menu pairs the food with the beer.
