Reviews Summary

Aqua Grill offers a stylish atmosphere with a beautiful waterside view and excellent service, particularly for celebrations. While the drinks and ambiance are consistently praised, some diners have found the food execution to be inconsistent, with occasional issues regarding flavor and preparation of certain dishes. Despite mixed reviews on the food, the attentive staff and picturesque setting make it a popular choice for many.

"We’ve been here several times and it’s always delicious! The inside is gorgeous, but I love to eat out on the patio when weather permits. On this visit, we all tried something different. I had the blackened grilled chicken quesadillas, my daughter had the black and chili and cilantro rice bowl, and my dad had a burger and fries. We shared banana Foster bread pudding, which was amazing! The view is beautiful and there’s always a nice breeze outside! I can’t wait to bring the rest of my family back!"

"Walking into Aqua Grill, you feel the energy—classy, vibrant, and inviting. The service? Absolutely top-tier. From the moment we arrived, the management ran a tight, professional ship, and our waiter? Knowledgeable, polished, and on point. And let’s talk about the singer-waiter—an absolute showstopper! Who knew a dinner service could come with such talent?

Now, onto the drinks. The smoky Old Fashioned? Bloody brilliant. Whoever’s behind that bar knows their craft—every sip was perfection.

But here’s the problem—we came for the food. And for an upscale restaurant, the execution missed the mark.

The Wahoo special? Looked promising, but the portion size? Embarrassingly small. And the flavor? About as exciting as tap water.

The scallops? Overcooked—rubbery little disappointments. A crime against good seafood.

The salad? I’ve seen better in airport food courts. If you’re going to charge upscale prices, ditch the cheap lettuce and give us something fresh and impressive.

Look, the service, atmosphere, and drinks were absolutely stunning. But the food? That’s the reason people come to a restaurant like this, and it just didn’t deliver. A place with this much potential should be nailing every plate. Until the kitchen steps up, it’s a fantastic bar with a great vibe—but not the fine dining experience it claims to be."

"Food, tasty food! The flounder was delicious, my brunch nachos was great, and my husband loves his prime rib and prawns. The oyster appetizer was really good, and if we’re coming back to this restaurant again, these oysters will be the reason.
Service: our server was nice and friendly.
Atmosphere: the smell of the restaurant was awful. You can smell it as soon as you step in there. But other than that, everything was fine. We got a window seat(thanks for the ladies help), and the pond view was nice. We went to the deck after lunch and it was not that hot as we thought. The breeze and the ceiling fan help a lot I guess.
Overall a good restaurant besides the smell."
