Reviews Summary

7-11 Ranch Restaurant offers hearty American classics in a charming, Western-style atmosphere, with many praising the friendly service and generous portions. However, some diners found the food bland and overpriced, with inconsistencies in preparation and ingredient quality. The attached gift shop is also a popular draw for unique finds.

"The food at 7-11 Ranch is absolutely delicious—hearty, flavorful, and comforting, just like a home-cooked meal. The atmosphere has a friendly, old-town charm that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in.
A special shout-out to Tina, the most amazing waitress! She’s truly a ray of sunshine. The time and energy she gives to each table is unmatched—she makes everyone feel like family. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine smile make the entire experience even better. Tina is a true gem, and a big part of what makes this place so special.
Highly recommend for great food and even better service!"

"This place has a fancy name and good reviews, but in reality, the food is bland and way overpriced. For $7, my son got a bowel of boxed Mac and cheese (and they forgot his fries and drink), and my husband and I had $18 oz steak each, which came with veggies that were obviously from a frozen bag. The “salad” that came with it was literally a few pickles and, I am not kidding you, a few strands of lettuce… which they were supposed to give us dressing for? My husband chose ranch and I chose blue cheese dressing, which we both didn’t get. We thought this would be a good place for Keto since it had a “Protein Diet” section of the menu, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. $80 for my husband and I and are three kids. Absolutely AWEFUL for the price. And the stake was bland and undercooked too. I hate giving bad reviews but I feel like people need to get their expectations right for this place."

"The food overall was poor, some things were pretty good like the sourdough bread if you were actually given service from the waitress to get some jam or anything else you might need... but she was standing around just fine. It seemed like the regulars were given good service 🙄 and there is specific menu items like their pancake egg sandwich that I can only imagine is what keeps the lights on and the doors open, but $40 for a prepackaged bowl of rice Krispys and a soggy extremely undercooked omelet paired with burnt home fries you can't even chew.... when that is the case I really don't see where it is acceptable for the service to actually be worse than the food. After everything, I had to go up to a different waitress at the drink station for a to go cup for my leftover power aid (because honestly, I felt like I was straight robbed and wanted my drink at least for crying out loud 🙃 😅 I waited after getting the ticket for 15 minutes staring the waitress down, plates stacked on top of food on the other plates all on the table, before I went to the other waitress to ask her for a empty to go cup.) Still, didn't even look my way after I went to get help from the other lady for myself, clearly not happy 😒"

The only thing he told us was that they have a wall full of “suckers” (lollipops if you’re from the east like me) and that we had to get Parker whatever he wanted. Well, we didn’t buy Parker any lollipops, but we did explore their amazing gift shop!. Most of their products for sale were dinosaur-related (t-shirts, toys, stuffed animals, etc), but they also had nice scented candles and porcelain horses.
