"We had a great time celebrating my mom's birthday this past weekend at Texas Roadhouse. We were seated right away although there were a lot of people there. Sebastian, or "Seabass" as he had us call him, was very friendly and attentative to our party of 7. We ordered a wide range of dishes and they all were delivered to the table timely and with the preferred meat temperature.
I loved my steak, loaded baked potato and caesar salad.
We all had leftovers and everyone was happy with their meal.
Seabass wouldn't let my mom get away with NOT going on the saddle and letting the whole restaurant know she was turning 63. It was quite funny.
My only regret is not eating more bread!"

"Emily was such a great down to Earth very pleasant spirit and took such good care of us. She is a beautiful T1D Warrior that I appreciate so much her sharing with us as my son is also and diagnosed very early. Anytime we eat out can be a challenge because the food doesn't come with carb counts but anything we needed to swap out or questioned she made accomodations with no hesitation. Emily I wish you nothing but the best and Many Blessings keep being a light we need in this world!
I even dropped a fork within seconds a staff member came and replaced it before I could even ask. I have never experienced such fast attentive and caring service all around and it was super crowded lots of birthdays. Our experience was nothing but great even with us just being with family celebrating another day of life. My only thing to add was the change to the catfish being so small and my daughter's kid's chicken portion bigger lol but I know a lot is changing all over the world and if I'd known I would've gotten something else. Now the loaded sweet potato options I never knew about so delicious I didn't even need meat to bring it altogether. The chili needs a lot more flavor but I didn't send anything back it was a packed house. I just know for next time and we'll definitely be back. The establishment is always clean, warm and welcome from coming inside to leaving for the night. We all had bellies full and couldn't wait for bed 😆😆😆 I didn't get everyone name but even when someone was bringing out appetizers, beverages or checking in they all did phenomenal!!
