"This restaurant is so fiddlheading fornicationing delicious I gave it twenty (20) entire stars. 5 of the stars I give to the name, which I feel really tells you all you need to know: that's it's Thai Food, and someone named Chan founded it. Seven of the stars I would give to the food, two because of it being Thai Food just like it said it was, and V of the stars for the flavor being the same quality as other restaurants I have bestowed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I would only give 3 stars to the service, because I had to order at the counter instead of full table service, but they make up for it with five stars of atmosphere, which is the way I measure atmosphere, although it can also be measured in psi or bars or atmospheres."

"We're in town from the lower-48. We were pleasantly surprised by the food here. We liked it so much, we at there twice in one week. They have one peanut dish which is the best. Even compared to Thai restaurants in the lower-48, this is pretty good. Prices are reasonable as well. I will be back next time we're in Juneau."

I usually eat at home, but when I do go out, my all-time favorite place to eat is Chan’s Tai Kitchen across from Statter Harbor (in the Valley). There has never been a dish I did not enjoy at Chan’s; the food is authentic. The Twisted Fish (downtown) is also good, especially the puff pastry salmon croquettes with red pepper aioli.
