For dinner, we went to V’s Cellar Door, a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant that had many vegan options. We patiently enjoyed our food there, and then did one more walk along the commercial area where all the cruise ships dock.

Case in point, V’s Cellar Door offers a creative Mexican fusion menu, with most of the ”fusion” ingredients coming from Korean cuisine. Their Taco Tuesday makes for cheap eats, and the vinegar-infused shrubs are divine.

If you can only eat in a Juniau restaurant, do it. Nachos are delicious, service is wonderful and cocktails great. Mexican Korean fusion sounds strange, but works brilliant.

V’s Cellar Door – We went with Guy Fieri’s favorites from Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, and it did not disappoint. But we all agreed that the Fusion Nachos were the best.

My wife has Celiac and they were great about ensuring the food was GF. Service was a bit slow but definitely recommend this place.
