"Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a full stocked bar and great food. The atmosphere was on the louder side hard to hear sometimes, but it's to be expected when the pub is full of happy customers enjoying their time. The staff checks your ID right away when you sit at your table. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was easy to get to. The food was themed to be English style food from fish and chips, scotch eggs and bangers and mash. The food did NOT disappoint. We will definitely be returning to try more food and drinks off thier menu. 8/10"

"Quips is quickly turning into one of my favorite places. I love the cozy atmosphere, and especially on week nights, it's super low-key. The prices for drinks are very reasonable too. I don't feel like I'm breaking the bank every time I visit, which is nice. Overall, 10/10 in my book. I'll be back, probably too often."

As one of the oldest such establishments in Lancaster, Quips Pub combines history, hospitality and delicious dining. The building that houses the pub was built before the Civil War and served as the Stock Yard Hotel for Mentzer’s Stock Yards. Quips opened under their present ownership in 1984.
