Reviews Summary
Aureole Las Vegas is widely praised for its exceptional food quality, particularly the tasting menus and prime cuts like filet mignon. The restaurant's iconic four-story wine tower and 'wine angel' spectacle create a unique dining experience. While the wine pairings are exquisite and the service impeccable, some diners note that the overall experience, though very good, might not surpass other top-tier Vegas dining options given the high price point.
"We ate here over Memorial Day weekend so a few months ago now but thought I'd leave a quick review. We did the five course tasting menu and we were very happy with our experience. If you haven't done a tasting menu these do take some time as they give you breaks between courses to chat and digest a little. The portions were a good size, we left full but not suffering which was a nice surprise as other tasting menus have left us practically in pain. The wine pairing cost almost as much as the meal itself and the price wasn't listed so be prepared for that. They do pour a 1/2 glass (I estimate) per course which is plenty for a meal like this. We're experienced drinkers and felt like it was a good amount for the time and the food. The wine pairings tended to complement the food, so an earthy dish had an earthy wine to go with it and all the wines were delicious. The manager was also very gracious and spent some time chatting with us. Overall a wonderful meal and definitely worth a stop."

"Absolutely the most amazing food, wine and staff we have ever encountered! Made our anniversary the BEST day we could've ever imagined!! We did the Summer Tasting Menu along with the paired wines and each and every plate and wine were delicious! We even had the opportunity to thank the chef. We will be back here for our NEXT anniversary"

"A great option for a dinner party or a special dinner. As expected, it’s pricey. The food, however, is worth it. We ended up choosing the prime filet beef which was cooked exactly as asked and has full flavor. Make sure to leave room for dessert. The coffee pudding and chocolate soufflé are delicious and definitely worth a try."

However, the Strip loves a spectacle and Aureole's famous four-story wine tower remains in place with “wine angels” hoisted in the air to fetch bottles in dramatic fashion.

OT: Dinner in Las Vegas?
It's the one with the 5-story glass wine cabinet where they ride a rope elevator to go fetch your bottle. I found it a little over the top expensive ( I like good food. It looses points if its expensive ) and a little too far out there for me menu wise. I don't care for game and some of the other High animal fat modern cuisine.
