Reviews Summary
Picasso offers a refined dining experience, celebrated for its stunning ambiance amidst original art and captivating fountain views. While the French-Spanish cuisine receives high praise, some guests find the service inconsistent and the overall experience to be quite pricey for the value.
"Dining at Picasso is truly a dining experience second to none on the Las Vegas strip. The food is fantastic and so are the recommended wines. I really enjoyed the La Rioja Alta Vina Ardanza with my veal and of course, we could not help but have 3 servings of the poached oysters - our favorite dish. Furthermore, the hospitality, service, and knowledge of the staff is exquisite. Upon entering the restaurant, you immediately feel welcomed and carefully attended to. The attention to detail and speed at which the staff reacts to your needs before even needing to make a request while, at the same time, allowing you to truly enjoy the meal with to your party makes this restaurant a cut above the rest. You are truly made to feel as special as the restaurant itself.
On this particular visit, we celebrated Michael's birthday and the staff was so gracious to surprise us with Spanish bubbles, a beautiful cake, and desserts. We appreciated that so much and are forever thankful and in awe of Chef Julian Serrano.
A special thank you to him as well as Manny and our server for an amazing experience. We always look forward to retiring and will continue to recommend the restaurant to our friends and family."

"Service was mediocre and only became better after they saw we were going to leave a big tip, before that they were indifferent/seemed slightly annoyed throughout the meal.
Food was great, paid extra for the wagyu steak and melts in your mouth and is easy to chew. the desserts are also very cute.
Expect to spend minimum 200 per person."

"We went to Picasso for my birthday + first anniversary! So this place has a special place in my heart! 😄
We were super excited that it’s our first Michelin star restaurant experience. The food was nice (but not over the top). We had vegan food. They even made the dessert a vegan one. But the waiter served us some drinks that he himself tried inventing and they were AWESOME!!! One drink was a hot drink - with breakfast earl grey tea, honey comb on the top, foam and gin! And it was a hot drink - just TOO good! Definitely ask the waiter for this drink!
Plus, we had dinner outside - with the Paris hotel and the bellagio fountain in the background! Definitely ask them to be seated outside."

In my opinion, the best fine dining in Vegas is Julian Serrano’s incredible Picasso, which was easily one of the top five meals I’ve ever had. The dégustation menu (which doesn’t appear to have changed since we dined there a couple years ago) includes Maine lobster salad, a pan-seared scallop over potato moaussaline (a fancy mashed potato), foie gras and quince, halibut or lamb, and your choice of dessert.
