Reviews Summary

Restaurant Guy Savoy consistently delivers an unforgettable fine dining experience, lauded for its impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and masterful French cuisine. Diners rave about signature dishes like the artichoke and black truffle soup and the impressive wine pairings, making it a top choice for special occasions. While the price point reflects the high quality, most guests feel the experience is well worth the splurge for the memorable gastronomic journey.

"Was in Vegas for a conference and enjoyed a dinner on my own at Guy Savoy. Every bit as good as NYC Michelin rated restaurants from service to presentation to the food. Ordered 3 dishes from the a la carte menu, truffle soup, salmon, and steak were at perfectly made and with the extras I left full. While the restaurant itself is a simple sophisticated look, the view of the flamingo across the street leaves much to be desired. Fortunately the waiter sat me next to the window with a view of Paris Paris so it felt like I was there. Made for a memorable dinner and an envious wife at home but we'll be back together."

Triple T

"Very nice meal, but I was expecting more of the 455$ menu.

“Asparagus, Caviar” was great, and the fish dish was also great. Black Truffle Soup and desert were just ok, and the surf and turf was beautiful but I don't find the connection between the lobster and the wagyu, it felt like two different dishes connected on the same plate…
The premium wine pairing was one of the best pairings I ever had. Some of the wines were unexpected and most of the time they gained a new dimension when paired with the food. In some of the moments the connection between wine-food was more interesting than the food itself…
Perfect service. Giant wine list, good by the glass selection."

Frederico Silva

"Dining at Guy Savoy in Las Vegas was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was flawless attentive without being intrusive, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.

The tasting menu was a masterpiece. Each course was perfectly balanced, with the artichoke and black truffle soup being a real standout. The wine pairings elevated the experience even further, with thoughtful selections that complemented each dish beautifully.

The ambiance is elegant and quiet, ideal for a special evening or romantic dinner. Pricey, yes but absolutely worth it for the level of detail, flavor, and service. If you’re looking for a world class fine dining experience in Las Vegas, Guy Savoy is a must."

10 of the best high-end restaurants in Las Vegas | Restaurants

The most fundamentally French restaurant in town, Guy Savoy's food is rarely less than perfect. His wine list is probably the city's best, both in breadth and depth, and it's filled with trophy bottles from Savoy's cellar in Paris, as well as a large selection of reasonably priced new-world producers. No matter what you choose, you can depend on Savoy's food being spot-on renditions of the dishes that earned his restaurant three Michelin stars in Paris (it has two here), such as oysters en gelee (fresh kumamotos atop oyster cream topped with oyster jelly) and poulet en cocotte, the creamiest, whitest veal on the planet.
