What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Flying Fish is a lively, casual seafood spot praised for its Cajun-inspired flavors and a wide variety of seafood, including both fried and grilled options. Diners appreciate the unique offerings and family-friendly atmosphere. However, some reviews mention issues with food quality, such as freezer-burned shrimp and greasy preparations, and less-than-stellar desserts.
"Mar 2025: This place was recommended by a guy at the rental car place.
The music is very entertaining. The food was hot & fresh. I ordered 12 shrimps, which comes with fries & 3 hush puppies & a order of fried pickles. The portion size for the fried pickles was more than expected. The shrimp was fried perfectly & seasoned well.
Will definitely come back."

"The food here has its own unique character and cooking presentation. Once you find your favorite dishes you will easily come back regularly for more."
Nick Mimi
"The fried oysters were delicious and so was the cocktail sauce & tartar sauce. I'm from the east coast and its hard finding good seafood here because Its all frozen. The shrimp where freezer burned! You could smell it! We paid $25 for the shrimp and oyster combo and the shrimp were freezer burned! Who's looking over your food supplies here? They should be fired. I could only imagine what else they allow to be served! We will not be back!"
