3rd & Cherry Steak and Seafood and Bar

"I wanted to try something new and decided to treat myself on my day off with lunch at 3rd & Cherry! The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Tiffany the manager was very kind and seated me. She told me a little bit about the menu and what specials they had.

I’m always a little nervous eating by myself especially at fancier restaurants but both Tiffany and Ry the waitress were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome.

For an appetizer, I got the fried cheese with a guava sauce and it was so good! For my main I got the chicken breasts and the Parmesan risotto and wild mushrooms for sides. The chicken was juicy on the inside with a nice crunchy outside and the sauce was delicious. My favorite items were the mushrooms and risotto (thank you so much for recommending those!)

I work in food service and I’m trying to explore more restaurants around Macon, and this is definitely one I’ll be coming back to! Thank you so much Ry and Tiffany :)"

"This place is amazing. My husband had the duck breast which he said was good. We both ate the delicious spinach dip for an appetizer and I must say it was almost addictive. I enjoyed my fried whole red snapper, yellow rice with pigeon peas, and Brussel sprouts. I even topped off the meal with the Third and Cherry sangria which was tasty. One of our friends had the rib-eye which she thoroughly enjoyed stating the taste was on point. Her main highlight was that the blueberry martini was the best she’s ever had. My only complaint is that it was very cold the night we went and there is an extra door that was opened twice and it blew in cold air making the dining area a little cool. Overall, the service was excellent. KJ waited on us and he was a delight. We definitely plan on returning."

"This was not a bad place, but for the prices it could’ve given more. I had the pork ribs as an appetizer and I had the lamb chops. The main meal does not come with size. You literally have to buy the size separately, they don’t have a kids menu, but my youngest was able to eat out the appetizer list which he only received one crab-cake and three shrimps from the two appetizers he received. He didn’t want me to take the pictures of it so that’s why his hand is in the picture, but the food wasn’t bad. I just felt like the main course you should’ve received a side with it for the price. Our waitresses were very nice. I would go back if somebody else paying food or if I just wanna treat myself a night out by myself like I said overall it wasn’t a bad place. That was just some of the things that they could fix, but we were there for an engagement party and it was my youngest birthday as well."
