Reviews Summary

Graze Restaurant is lauded for its farm-to-table approach and creative, elevated comfort food, with stunning Capitol views enhancing the dining experience. Diners rave about unique dishes like the Bibimbap Burrito and the must-try cheese curds. However, some guests have experienced issues with understaffing and cold coffee, particularly during busy brunch hours.

"

Graze: A Madison Must-Try

From the first sip of the Sunset Cosmo to the last crumb of the chocolate chip cookie, Graze in Madison delivers a top-notch dining experience. Starting with the cocktail, it was a perfect opener to what was to come.

The cheese curds are a must-order. They were perfectly golden and delicious. But the real star of the show was the Graze Burger. Made with a blend of brisket, short rib, and bacon that sat on a sesame duck fat bun, each bite was an explosion of flavor. I was so eager to dig in that I completely forgot to snap a photo before devouring it!

To finish, the milk and fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were the ideal sweet ending. Graze is a standout spot that I can't wait to visit again."

Zach Schramm

"They were fully booked for brunch so we had to sit at the bar which was fine. The view is amazing in there and overall vibes were great. Obviously pricy but worth it for the experience! I really wanted to try more things on the menu but I went with the loaded hash brown and my girlfriend got the smash burger which was amazing. In the future I’d love to try the Korean dishes and the cheese curds. Also, the bacon egg & cheese egg roll was really unique and it was amazing with the crunch on the outside. Go here!"

Joshua Hartlep

"Brunch offering is great. Hard decision, but went with the Korean Fried Chicken and Waffles. Did not disappoint! Chicken was spicy and crunchy, waffle was sweet to pair. Would get that again in a heartbeat."

The Best Brunches In Madison Wisconsin

After graduating from the French Culinary Institute, chef Tory Miller worked at many of the most sophisticated restaurants in New York City. It wasn’t until he moved to Madison, to establish Graze that the James Beard Award-winner was able to ‘fulfil his dream of taking local farm-raised ingredients to the next level.’ Try local favorites the bibimbap burrito and the kielbasa. Graze’s superb farm-fresh fare, along with the stunning view of the Wisconsin State Capitol building though its large windows, meant the venue was one of the restaurants chosen by Madison Magazine readers as ‘Best Place to Take a First Date’.
