"I ordered thru the app. I drove to the drive thru window bypassing the drive thru order board. They was really rude and the cashier didn't even speak. This is why I don't like going thru drive."

"For fun I ordered the Creepy & Kooky meal. The burger on the purple bun looks great. The picture of the chocolate shake shows the cup filled to the brim. Unfortunately, it appears they only fill the cup about an inch short of the top. For $4.29, the cup should be full. I don't know if this is policy or just a lazy employee. Either way, it will be long time before I'm back."

"I ordered two meals from here. When I got home , me and wife started eating. She was like I have a huge hair sticking out of my burger. I asked her to let me see. I opened the burger up. And it was not a huge hair. It was a huge bug leg hanging out out of the burger. I instantly got sick. I called the store. They told me to bring the food back. I did was no problem I wanted it gone. When she gave me my refund It was half of my money. I was like what’s going on, she told me I didn’t bring the drinks back.she then told me I’ll have to wait for a manager because she couldn’t give me all my money. I told her that was not going to work. This the most messed up part about it. They called the police on me. 2 cars of police came. Call the store talked to a ernist. Told me to call back in 5 minutes. Now they want answer the phone. This is not over something needs to be done about this place."
