Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, the cooks know what they are doing. The chicken wings & Burria dumplings stood out the most. Although Good Fortune Co. is a ramen joint known for its noodles, its fried and sauced chicken wings have been recommended to me since I set foot in Memphis. When I finally got to try the famed GFC Wings, they didn't disappoint. A platter of five "party wings" (my hometown calls them "wingdings") is served as a deep fried appetizer with a sweet and savory Sichuan honey butter sauce.
