"One of my all time favorite restaurants easily, owned by the sisters who ran the legendary Saigon Le restaurant on Cleaveland. I grew up on their Saigon Eggrolls (cha gio) served with a mountain of lettuce and herbs, and the version here at Tuyen’s absolutely always holds up to my nostalgia memory hype. Also, their house chili paste is a MUST. Other non negotiable on the menu for me: the pancake (bahn xeo), house vermicelli, shrimp on a stick, ginger chicken, seaweed salad (an incredible marinated veg + shrimp + squid +seaweed dish) lemongrass tofu, salt and pepper tofu, and the green mussels with butter sauce! Come with friends, order family style and share everything, even have some local beers! 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in the area."
