A buttery, lightly toasted split-top brioche bun is absolutely filled (seriously, they don’t skimp here) with cool lobster salad dressed in mayo with crunchy, chopped celery and a hint of fresh lemon juice. It’s cool, creamy and substantial, and it comes with a pile of no-frills french fries and a side of coleslaw for good measure.
