Reuben has the most tender and delicious corned beef I've ever had on a sandwich. I am picky when it comes to that. also, the size of the sandwich is a good size without wlbeing stupid. I like a large sandwich that I can still hold in my hand. They have that down. it also delivers well, without being soggy. Also, the breakfast is constantly great in the restaurant and delivered. I even love the Biscuits and Gravy.

Another fan favorite is their Apple, Walnuts & Brie pancakes.

On the corner of Hamline and Grand Avenue, this trim bakery and restaurant is popular early in the day and on weekends. Perhaps the most iconic dish on Colossal's menu are the flappers: massive, yeasted pancakes that are impossibly fluffy and filled with a wonderful tangy flavor. Doused in real maple syrup, they are a scrumptious treat.

Colossal Cafe in Saint Paul is an exceptional brunch spot that I highly recommend. The service is fast and friendly and the food is downright delicious. From the Scandinavian frittata with smoked trout to the classic Colossal Breakfast, every dish is cooked to perfection.

If you ask someone if they’ve ever been to Colossal they’ll usually just scream “THE BISCUITS!!!. ” and that’s all that really needs to be said. What we order: Roasted Pork Shoulder Burrito Bowl, or Breakfast Sandwiches (on a biscuit! duh!)
