Reviews Summary

Moab Garage Co. is a beloved spot for its unique, industrial-chic atmosphere and a menu that impresses with both coffee and food. Diners rave about the friendly staff and the generous portions, particularly highlighting breakfast items and specialty coffee drinks. While generally well-loved, some guests have found pastries to be inconsistent in texture.

"This is a very neat spot. We came in for coffee and breakfast and was very happy with the friendliness of the staff. The smothered mother burrito was huge and flavorful! The donut was also fluffy and delicious. Will be back for sure!"

Karissa Collins

"It's a fun place. I liked the decor. The store has jewelry, labels, hats, and accessories. You can also do some light shopping when you come for breakfast. You can park at the information center 50-60 meters away. Parking is free. It's a store right in the middle of the city."

Dogu GUL

"After having a mediocre, at best, breakfast at another restaurant I was on the hunt for a good breakfast stop. This was it! I had a BLT with egg sandwich. So good! They use a tomato jam instead of tomatoes, greens instead of iceberg lettuce and the best bread! You get your choice of chips, salad or tater tots. I decided to do tater tots and whatever seasoning they use on them is perfect along with their super crispy coating! I finished and ordered a Spanish Latte to go! Very unique and yummy also! The staff were so friendly! Honestly, the best staff that I have encountered at a restaurant in Moab."

The 6 Best Moab Restaurants

It is well known amongst locals for its coffee (they serve La Barba, a local roaster from Salt Lake City) and small, dog-friendly patio, but the breakfast is all the more reason to stick around. This easy-going, fast-casual spot is the perfect place to kick back before an adventure, with a breakfast menu that features everything on the sweet to savory spectrum. If you’re looking for something light, their specialty toasts are always a hit, and if you’re in the mood for something more filling, their McLovin’ Breakfast Sandwich, Smothered Mother Burrito, or Croque Madame should do the trick.

Arches: Moab Restaurants and Accommodations

Moab Garage Co. is a surprising name for an ice cream shop – it’s named after the car repair shop that occupied the space from 1928 to 1975. Each serving of ice cream is made to order with liquid nitrogen, and either a dairy or coconut milk base. I got the blueberry basil, which ended up being my fave since it was refreshing and not overly sweet.
