We ended up eating at The Spoke at the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law and it was delicious. We started with the loaded fries and the spinach dip and I’m not even kidding: it was the best spinach dip I think I’ve ever had. Dustin and Preston both got delicious burgers, Katie got a pasta dish and I got the fish tacos.

Hymsa to Amasa to Jackson trail is one of the best running loops around here, about 8 miles. Moab Rim to Hidden Valley to Pipedream is good for 12-14ish. Upheaval Dome in Island in the Sky of Canyonlands is an awesome loop an hour out of town.

Was so nice to meet Jordan and had lots in common to talk about. She was friendly, genuine, and made us feel comfortable and so welcomed. The overall atmosphere was lively and food was perfect after a long day of hiking.

El Charro Loco: This Mexican gem was recommended by one of the Chili Pepper guys- if it wasn’t for the cockroach crawling down the wall next to us, we would have really enjoyed our meal!
