Yes the ingredients are local and gluten free etc. and service is friendly - that's really fantastic 👏. But the consistency and flavor of the ice cream itself are lacking. My partner and I tried 4 flavors over 2 days (bees knees, eucalyptus, coffee caramel, and peanut butter chocolate).
