"Total chaos, bad service waited for 30 minutes for a glass of water. A crowd had them melting down.
Texas Roadhouse has a better steak, for the extremely high prices you expect better quality and service than what they are selling. And you are almost sitting in the hotel lobby eating dinner. Seems they depend on travelers in the hotel to take advantage of as they don’t want to leave the hotel to venture out.

We ate at Bourbon Prime the night before so we knew going in that lunch would be spectacular. We kept it simple with a margherita pizza and a gruyere grilled cheese. I think the fact that the griled cheese came with my favorite cheese AND bacon on it was a strong selling point.
