"We used to order from them every week (if not twice a week). The sauce is absolutely amazing I would eat it everyday if I could. BUT recently they took the veggie burger off the menu. Literally one of the biggest bummers ever. I have called to see why and they never answer. More annoyingly they send your call to an automated voice that says “good bye” then hangs up on you. Have to find somewhere else to get a good vegetarian burger from now on….

While we can appreciate downsizing, it is clear that the only thing removed from the menu is the vegetarian burger. We fail to recognize how removing the alternative diet friendly option was the only choice in downsizing. In reality, you’re second location might benefit from extending dining options for patrons with alternative diets. ¯\(ツ)/¯"

"Tried Back Door Burgers for the 1st time. Sounds like it's no longer a back or side door. Pickup is in Merrills and with the hostess. Went with the Brooklawn burger. Added a second patty and bacon. Couldn't taste the bacon jam, wondering if it was light or missed. Added some burger sauce at home and it helped. The onion rings were good. Meal was very pricey after the upcharges."
