"Fantastic food BUT, what a turn off exiting the restaurant after such a great meal only to encounter 2 bar patrons smoking right at the top of the stairs, absolutely disguisting and I'm surprised Champlins allows this. Smoking should be banned from the property, patrons that don't smoke should not be forced to inhale that gross second hand smoke at the only entrance /exit to the restaurant. Probably won't be back just because of that!"

"Great vibe. Super friendly staff and the best lobster I've had on the coast so far. Cooked to perfection. Bartender whipped us up some special cocktails to match and we were all set. Was really foggy which gave the view a super eerie look. But was still perfect watching the boats come in!"
