"We had a great experience at State 48! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I had the mac & cheese with pulled pork – it was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Truly delicious! We also tried the ribeye steak with fries, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.
State 48 is definitely a great place to visit if you’re in Page. Highly recommended for both the food and the atmosphere!"

"Stopped by during the weekend around 6pm and there was no wait. Sat in the restaurant area instead of the bar area, which is fine because it was quiet and had that side to ourselves until we got our food. Food quality was good and the portions were great, but for the price I've just had better elsewhere is all. Service was quick and kept our drinks full."

"For our last night in Paige we stopped in here and had dinner. We arrived shortly before 5:30 and we were able to get a table. The staff was friendly, service was a little slow. However, they were busy.
We had a burger and salad. Both were very good. The burger came.out hot and was delicious. The salad was fresh and tasty.
There is plenty of parking out front, so that should not be a concern. If you get a chance stop in."

A Vegan's Guide to Visiting Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon
Unfortunately, our original plan, Blue Buddha (with tofu or veggie rice bowls) is closed on Sundays, so we decided to check out State 48 Tavern (614 N Navajo Dr, Page, AZ 86040; 6-11 am; 5-11 pm Monday through Thursday; 6-11 am; 5 pm-12 am Friday; 7-12 am Saturday; 11 am-11 pm Sunday), who both our tour guide and Airbnb host recommended. The restaurant has kind of an upscale hole-in-the-wall type vibe, with a plant-filled patio, an epic tap list, and at least one pretty yummy veg-friendly offering- an avocado and portobello sandwich. Unfortunately, they were out of mushrooms when we arrived and most of their other options contained some sort of animal products (including the rice! What!).

State 48 Tavern - Page Restaurant
The first thing visitors to State 48 Tavern are likely to notice is its striking exterior. Strands of party lights are draped across an inviting stone-and-wood waiting area that is stocked with wrought-iron benches; all of it vaguely evokes a vintage Spanish-influenced villa. The front door to the restaurant itself is memorable: a large, heavy wooden number with a small, square window.
Paddling into Antelope Canyon vs. Taking the Guided Tour
We aren't foodies by any means, but we've gotten a little spoiled with finding great restaurants during our travels. Unfortunately, Page doesn't have much to offer in that department from what we saw – except this gem!. They don't even have a website (just a Facebook page right now).
