"I cannot tell you how grateful I am that a restaurant here in Pagosa has such a nice salad bar. Their other food is yummy too, but if you're trying not to gain lost weight back, fresh vegetables are the best option. Everything is freshly cut. The salad dressing is good, and the ranch is not from a bottle or jar...so it's good. Aliza my server is adorable. She has waited on me before and she's one of my favorite servers in town. You'll like it here!"

"I don't think I've ever had a worse steak in Colorado. Ordered the filet; it was chewy with fat and gristle and WAY over seasoned. The "fresh" veggies were definitely canned. Crab cake had less crab than crunchy breading. Would not return."

"Good food at fair prices with a large selection. I went for the blue corn tortilla Enchiladas (Christmas style...aka Red and green chile) and it was good. My dad had the boneless chicken with Nashville Hot and BBQ sauces on the side. The chicken was almost as good as you would get at Chick-fil-A in terms of tenderness and flavor. I would go back!"

As I made my way to Pagosa Springs I saw a sign I knew I couldn’t resist. As a man who admittedly is swayed by a restaurant with a cool a name, a sign for Boss Hogg’s looked just like a lighthouse to this weary adventurer. The restaurant looked rustic from the outside and the interior was classic western steakhouse.
