"I have eaten at this restaurant several times and enjoyed it every time. Today while I was waiting for my dog to be groomed I decided to go grab an appetizer. I ordered the ceviche both with shrimp and fish. It was excellent. Update: once again while waiting for our dog to be trimmed, we went to have dinner. This time we had Soul of Mexico burritos one was chicken with red sauce. The other was beef with green sauce. Both were very delicious."

"We are staying at an RV Park in Indio and wanted some Mexican Food. We googled and came up with Soul of Mexico. It is located in a shopping center and the place is nicely decorated.
My wife ordered the carnitas and I had the fish tacos. Our food came out in a timely fashion and both dishes were excellent. Our server was attentive and our overall experience was very good.
We would go back again."
